Jenscott Consulting, Inc. is a woman-owned, boutique consultancy specializing in providing strategies, programs, and solutions that enable companies to strengthen their business, drive social change, and inspire social good. We partner with established small-to-medium sized companies to develop, plan, and implement their social responsibility/impact strategies or initiatives that affect social change in the community.

Michelle J. Scott
Founder & CEO
Michelle J. Scott is Founder and CEO of JENSCOTT Consulting, Inc. a mission-driven consulting firm in the Chicagoland area committed to helping companies/organizations in search of making a lasting social impact. Michelle is passionate about implementing strategies, programs and events that raise awareness and promote social change.
Michelle is an inspiring business partner with over 20 years of experience in the corporate and non-profit sectors. Prior to establishing her company, Michelle worked in Project Management and Learning & Development across multiple industries including global hospitality and international banking. After spending more than 10 years in the corporate sector, Michelle wanted her professional life to mirror her personal life and transitioned into the non-profit sector. In addition to consulting and directing implementation of youth work-based learning initiatives, she served as the Director of Development & Business Partnerships for an arts services organization.
Social Responsibility and Impact is not just her business but her way of life. Michelle currently serves on the Christ Universal Temple Board of Directors and is a member of Chicago Women in Philanthropy. She is also an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. where the sorority’s motto is “service to all mankind.” Previously, Michelle served on the Illinois Arts Council Grant Review Panel.
Michelle holds an MBA from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Business in Marketing from Western Illinois University.
